By accessing or using your online gallery provided by J. Aleksandr Photography (“Photographer”), you (“Client”) agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Ownership & Copyright

All images remain the sole property of J. Aleksandr Photography and are protected under U.S. Copyright Law. Unless otherwise specified in writing, J. Aleksandr Photography retains full copyright and licensing rights.

2. Client Usage Rights

Clients are granted a limited, non-transferable license to download, print, and share images for personal use only. Images may not be altered, sold, or used for commercial purposes without prior written consent.

3. Printing

Clients may order prints and products directly through the gallery. If clients choose to print elsewhere, the Photographer is not responsible for color quality, paper quality, or print defects from third-party labs.

4. Editing & Alterations

Images may not be cropped, filtered, altered, or edited in any way that misrepresents the Photographer’s work. This includes the use of third-party filters, AI modifications, or digital manipulation.

5. Gallery Access & Expiration

Online galleries will remain active for [insert number of days, e.g., 60 days] from the date of delivery. After expiration, images may be removed, and a reactivation or re-hosting fee may apply. Clients are responsible for downloading and backing up images before the expiration date.

6. Payment & Refunds

All payments for downloads, prints, or additional services are final and non-refundable once processed.

7. Privacy & Security

Pixieset galleries are secured by password protection (if applied). While all reasonable efforts are made to protect client images, J. Aleksandr Photography is not liable for technical issues, unauthorized downloads, or third-party breaches outside of our control.

8. Liability

J. Aleksandr Photography is not responsible for lost, stolen, or deleted files after gallery expiration. It is the client’s responsibility to download and back up files in a timely manner.

9. Agreement

By accessing the gallery, the Client acknowledges they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms of Service.
